Brampton council approved zoning changes for a high-density residential project at 10350 The Gore Rd., including two towers (20 and 22 storeys) with 419 units and commercial space, two four-storey buildings with 122 units, and 249 townhouses. The 18-hectare site, formerly agricultural, will feature a new road network, stormwater pond, and public park. At least 50% of apartment units will have two or more bedrooms to meet community needs.
